Different coloured stones and crystals are placed on parts of the body or held in the hands. Colour selection and placement of stones are done according to concepts of grounding, chakras or energy grids.

Each of the chakras have a specific role in your overall health and your spirituality. Individual chakras affect different areas and the use of particular chakra stones create varied outcomes within the chakras.
